Here’s the latest news on what’s happening at Golden Pheasant Golf Club!

July 15, 2026 – New Bunker Sand Sifter Purchase!

It’s that time – The 2026 Golden Pheasant Club Championship is underway!

Sign-ups and qualifying scores start Monday, July 20th and run through Friday, July 31st.

You must announce your intention to qualify and pay at the Golden Pheasant Pro Shop before starting your round.

The cost will be $20 per player. After completing your round, you must turn in a signed scorecard with your qualifying scores.

We would like to get a minimum of 10 participants in each flight, all full members of Golden Pheasant, all Triple Play members are invited to play in one club championship, not at all three courses.

This year we are hoping the women will participate and start a women’s club championship.

Championship Flight 8 and under

B Flight 9 to 15

C Flight 16 to 22

D Flight 22+

Senior A Flight 10 and under

Senior B Flight 11 to 20

Senior C Flight 20+

Women’s A Flight 12 and under

Women’s B Flight 13+

Please leave your phone number when you sign up so we can share it with your opponent when the bracket is made and the matches begin.

July 15, 2026 – New Bunker Sand Sifter Purchase!

While landing a shot in the bunker is rarely fun, we just added a new piece of equipment to improve your chances of hitting a great explosion shot!

Our brand-new Sand Man 850 Bunker Sifter will be used to keep our bunkers in top shape across the Golden Pheasant, Rancocas, and The Links golf courses. Here’s a quick video showing the unit in action:

March 2, 2026 – We’re planning to reopen for play on Monday, March 9th — and we can’t wait to see you out there! That said, we want to make sure you know what to expect after an extended period of snow cover. Please click the image to read this helpful article from the USGA, which explains conditions you’re likely to encounter early in the season — including soft fairways, cart restrictions, bumpy greens, debris cleanup still in progress, and slower-drying surfaces. We appreciate your patience as Mother Nature and our grounds crew work together to get the course back in top shape!

February 25, 2026 – Golden Pheasant Golf Club is pleased to announce the dates for our popular Juniors Summer Golf Camp! The course may still be covered with snow, but it’s not too early to sign up your 7-14-year-old for your desired dates. Please call the Golden Pheasant Pro Shop today to reserve your spot(s)!

October 20, 2025 – We’re looking forward to hosting the second annual Joe Casey Pro Am Tournament for the Middle Atlantic Blind Golf Association (“MAGBA”) on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Special thanks to 6ABC Philadelphia for featuring Golden Pheasant, the golfers, and volunteers who make this program a great success!

August 18, 2025 – Our fourth and final Junior Golf Summer Camp ended on a hot Friday, August 15th. It was great seeing how all of them improved their game after just one week! While our 2025 Summer Camps are over, please a session in mind for next year!

Wednesday, March 19, 2025 – Spring has sprung one day early at the course! Not only is our grounds crew hard at work getting the course ready, but it was great seeing so many golfers out so early on a very sunny morning!

Saturday, February 1, 2025 – Please join us in congratulating Bobby Hopkins of Philadelphia for getting his first hole-in-one (on Hole 8) during his first round of golf for 2025. Between achieving that on Saturday and watching the Eagles win the Super Bowl the next day, it’s safe to assume Bobby had a great weekend! Witnessing Bobby’s hole-in-one were his son Bobby Jr. and friends Andeer and Anthony Colello.

November 7, 2024—The entire Golden Pheasant Staff enjoyed hosting the second annual Mid-Atlantic Blind Golfers Association (“MABGA”) Tournament. This year’s event was a memorial for Joe Casey, who passed away earlier this year after being instrumental in kicking off this event at the course in 2023.
